Are there any federal loan programs that will allow students to apply federal loans retroactively? Is there a cut off point/date to where a federal loan cannot be given for education already received? Also, can a private loan or deferred loan agreement be rolled into a federal student loan? Thank you very much.

No, you can not apply federal loans retroactively. The Stafford loan must be for the current semester as the school certifies enrollment and accepts the funds on the students behalf.
You can not combine federal and private loans together either. Different consumer banking regulations govern each loan type so they must remains separate.

If my school is applying for title IV funds but has not yeet recieved approval can our fall 2008 and spring 2009 tuition be rolled into a title IV loan after approval? Obviously, the school will need to permit this to occur but is it even possible to do? Will any title IV lender allow a school to get federal loans for education already received?
