		<description>how about the changes in handling UTMA&#039;s/UGMA&#039;s and 529 plans (either child owned or parent owned with child as beneficiary). I understand that an UTMA set up for their 2 yr old child now has to be counted as a parent asset when filling the FAFSA for their 18 yr old??</description>
